Upon meeting the owner of bare market, we learned that their store has been struggling with converting online traffic into actual sales. And because of that, our team conducted a current state analysis of their current website. We have found out that they have a decent website design. However, there's room for improvement. Here's an example of what I have for my current state analysis of their blog page.

After that, since the main goal was to create an e-commerce website that caters to user's needs, we did some user research by doing interviews. Through this, we have created five personas. We have a persona who is a current in-store shopper and also a new customer. Here's a preview of one persona.

And with the use of the persona, we have created a user flow on how they will navigate the e-commerce website. With this, we can structure the website to a more streamlined process, which can help the users navigate through it easily.

Wireframes
With all the research and the information collected, we created wireframes. Initially, we started with paper sketches, and after numerous iterations, we translated them into low-fidelity prototypes using Figma. As we progressed, we refined these low-fidelity prototypes through iterative testing and feedback from potential users. This iterative design process allowed us to gradually evolve our concepts into a more polished and user-friendly product.

As a result, we were well-equipped to fine-tune our design and create a more user-centric product.
